Gem Pendant hangs a single globe of mouth-blown glass from a fine transparent cable. Designed by Ludovica and Roberto Palomba for Foscarini in 2017, the diffuser is blown into an engraved mould and acid-etched, so waves and ridges run across its surface and catch the light like the facets of a cut stone, even when the lamp is off.
Switched on, the reliefs turn into soft rings of light that spread through the glass and down onto the table. Choose an E26 socket for your own bulb, or an integrated 2700K LED, also offered with dual dimming for 0-10V and phase-cut dimmers.
