Shipping & Delivery

Casa Di Luce works with Canada Post, Fedex, or UPS for most deliveries. All couriers deliver during regular business hours and require a signature upon delivery of your order. Please note, additional handling fees may be added to your order when extra care is required. Due to certain supplier restrictions and shipping constraints, some products cannot be shipped outside of Canada. If this is the case, we will be sure to reach out to you.

Our inventory is always changing and as a result, all items have specific manufacturer lead times that can range from anywhere from 1-16 weeks. The estimated lead time is indicated under the description of each product on our online store. Please note that lead times are estimates only and our inventory is subject to demand and availability.

SHIPPING WITHIN NORTH AMERICA

• All items at Casa Di Luce ship from Canada. We offer free ground shipping on orders over 200 dollars that ship within Canada and the United States. Orders shipping to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, or Yukon may incur additional shipping fees, which will be communicated to you upon order placement. Please contact us at sales@casadiluce.ca in advance if you’d like us to confirm shipping availability to these provinces.
• Additional fees may apply to orders outside the continental USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military APOs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping at an additional rate. If you reside outside of North America, please contact us directly at sales@casadiluce.ca and we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote.

Sales taxes are not charged to international purchasers, although you may be liable to import duties on some items.

You will be responsible for paying any additional fees associated with import duties, taxes, or broker fees.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping does not apply to the following:

• Orders Below $200
  Orders under $200 are subject to a flat shipping and handling fee.

• Oversized or Overweight Items
  Certain large or heavy items may be subject to additional freight, handling, or overweight charges due to their size, weight, or special packaging requirements. These fees will be communicated at the time of order placement, prior to processing and shipment.

• Trade Program Member Orders
  Orders placed by Trade Program members are excluded from free shipping and will be subject to applicable shipping charges.

• Shipments to Remote or Outlying Provinces
  Free shipping may not apply to certain remote or outlying provinces and territories, including Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, and select rural regions. Additional freight charges may apply based on the delivery address and carrier availability.
  
  

EXPEDITED AND PRIORITY SHIPPING

Expedited or Priority shipping is available for an additional charge. Please contact us directly by email at sales@casadiluce.ca we would be happy to provide you with a quote.

Please note: Casa Di Luce cannot reimburse labor costs or project delays caused by shipping issues or damaged/defective items. To avoid inconvenience, schedule installation only once your order has arrived and been carefully inspected.
