Shipping & Delivery

At Casa Di Luce, we do our best to make your shopping experience positive from the start to delivery. We individually review all delivery options to find the fastest and most cost-effective solutions. Shipping charges do not include custom charges, sales taxes, duties, dock fees, or any other internationally related charges.

Casa Di Luce works with Canada Post, Fedex, or UPS for most deliveries. All couriers deliver during regular business hours and require a signature upon delivery of your order. Please note, additional handling fees may be added to your order when extra care is required. Due to certain supplier restrictions and shipping constraints, some products cannot be shipped outside of Canada. If this is the case, we will be sure to reach out to you.

Our inventory is always changing and as a result, all items have specific manufacturer lead times that can range from anywhere from 1-16 weeks. The estimated lead time is indicated under the description of each product on our online store. Please note that lead times are estimates only and our inventory is subject to demand and availability.

SHIPPING WITHIN NORTH AMERICA

• All items at Casa Di Luce ship from Canada. We offer free ground shipping on all orders over 200 dollars that ship within Canada and the United States.
• Additional fees may apply to orders outside the continental USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military APOs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping at an additional rate. If you reside outside of North America, please contact us directly at sales@casadiluce.ca and we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote.

Sales taxes are not charged to international purchasers, although you may be liable to import duties on some items.

You will be responsible for paying any additional fees associated with import duties, taxes, or broker fees.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping does not apply to the following:

• Orders below 200 dollars. Orders under 200 dollars are subject to a 25-40 dollar shipping and handling fee depending on the shipping destination.
• Oversized or overweight items.
• Trade Program Member orders. Orders placed by Trade Customers will be subject to shipping charges.

EXPEDITED AND PRIORITY SHIPPING
