PRODUCT PRICING INFORMATION & DISCOUNTS
The prices displayed on our website are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Casa Di Luce strives to keep their prices competitive and as a result, we reserve the right to change our posted prices without any prior notice.
Due to such events as fluctuating international exchange rates and price increases from suppliers and freight carriers prices may also change without notice.
Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. We are happy to work one-on-one with interior designers and decorators and offer special discounts and incentives. Please contact us at email@example.com for further information.
ERRORS ON WEBSITE
Casa Di Luce reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted, confirmed, or a credit card has been charged.
At times there may be information on our Website or in our catalog that contain errors that may relate to item descriptions, pricing and product availability. Artglass Canada Inc. reserves the right to correct, change or update information on any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions without prior notice, with such changes applying to items in your cart, including after you have submitted your online order and received a confirmation from us. If you do not wish to continue with your purchase after pricing or information has been changed, please contact us right away and we will try our best to work with you.
Casa Di Luce is an authorized reseller of the manufacturers on our website. Every manufacturer differs in the period of time that they warrant their products. Casa Di Luce does not carry its own warranty but relies on the manufacturer’s warranty conditions. During the manufacturer’s warranty period, Casa Di Luce will be there to assist you with any warrant issues, or connect you directly with the manufacturer to further assist you with any warranty claims. During the warranty period, most manufacturers will repair or replace your item, at their discretion when it is proven that the products or parts are defective. This warranty does not apply to any damages resulting from accident, alteration, tampering, misuse, negligence, or abuse. Warranty will not be applied to light bulbs.

Please note that your monitor might not accurately display product colours. We cannot guarantee that the colour shown will entirely match the colour of the product you are ordering.
For orders placed online, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal payments. We can also accept phone-in orders by: cheque via email, wire transfer, Interac E-transfer.

Casa Di Luce is located in Ontario, Canada and charges taxes applicable to Ontario. Orders shipped outside of Ontario are charged GST or HST depending on the order’s final destination. You are expected to comply with your province or state’s current laws regarding online purchases. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to sales tax but may incur duties or border fees.
DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We make every effort to pack items very carefully so that they arrive at your door safely. We realize that items can be damaged during the shipment process or may arrive with missing parts due to the delicate nature of some of the goods. If this happens to be the case, all damages must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery. We will not be held responsible for any missing or damaged items if we are not notified within this timeframe. Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide photos of the damaged or defective product. Refer to the Returns & Exchanges section of our website for further information.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for any reason that you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return eligible items for a full refund, store credit or exchange within 15 days of receiving an online order. If the wrong product was shipped or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Refer to the Returns & Exchanges section of our website for further information related to our return policy.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
You can cancel or make any changes to your order within 1-2 business days of placing the order. Please email us with your order number at email@example.com. Be sure to include your name, address, and the items to be cancelled or amended
Please note that many orders ship immediately, so we do require that you contact us immediately if there are any changes. Our store hours are: Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM EST and Saturdays from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM EST.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return. Refer to the Returns & Exchanges section of our website for further information.
USE OF PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes can only be redeemed online at www.casadiluce.com. Once promotional code per order, which may consist of one or more items. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or promotional code. Any refunds or returns made will take into account that a discount was applied to your original order. Promotional codes may not be used on any existing orders and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
