Zettel'z Laughing Buddha, created by Ingo Maurer and Team in 2018, once again shows Ingo Maurer's fascination with Chinese porcelain figures, which he had already used for special versions of Porca Miseria! It is a limited edition of 200 pieces. Eighty sheets of Japanese paper, each printed on both sides with photographs of Chinese Buddha figures, hang from a cloud of stainless steel rods around a satin glass cylinder.
The final look is up to you. The rods can be arranged freely, and the sheets clip on wherever you like, mixed with blank pages for your own messages or poems. An uplight and a downlight inside the glass cylinder light the paper from within while casting light down onto the table below.
