Twiggy Grid is the outdoor reworking of Marc Sadler's Twiggy arc lamp. A long, flexible composite rod springs from a weighted round base and bows out over seating or a table, ending in a drum shade woven from ribbons of lacquered fibreglass. The open lattice screens the integrated LED and throws a soft, patterned light onto the ground and the walls around it.
Standing about seven feet tall with a reach of nearly six feet, it lights a terrace, a patio dining table or a covered loggia without any overhead wiring. It is rated for wet locations and comes in greige or carmine; in strong wind the rod lifts off its pin and can be laid on the ground.
