Michael Anastassiades built Copycat around a quiet relationship between two spheres. A large globe of mouth-blown opal glass glows with soft, diffused light, while beside it sits a smaller sphere machined from solid aluminium and plated in 24K gold, living in the shadow of its luminous companion.
The pairing turns a simple table lamp into an intimate, sculptural presence on a sideboard, console or bedside table. The integrated LED dims from a switch on the cord, and the gold sphere catches and reflects the glow for a warm, jewel-like finish.
