The Aura Table Mirror by Bjørn van den Berg is a tilted half-sphere of mirror-polished stainless steel that rests on its curve, angled up toward the room. Hard flat surfaces meet long, soft curves, so the bowl collects the light around it and turns it into a warm inner glow that changes through the day.
Solid and pleasantly heavy in the hand, it is meant to be touched, turned and moved. Set it on a coffee table, shelf or bedside as a small sculpture, and shift it from time to time to catch new reflections and a different play of light across the room.
