Designed in 1957 for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, the AJ lamp series is one of Arne Jacobsen’s most iconic creations. Introduced throughout the hotel in 1960, the collection included floor, table, mini table, wall, and built-in lamps. Their clean lines, angled shapes, and white-painted inner shades provide soft, downward light and reflect Jacobsen’s architectural style.
Mini Table Lamp
Compact and versatile, the AJ Mini Table Lamp has a 6.3" diameter, ideal for windowsills, bookshelves, or small tables. Reintroduced by Louis Poulsen in 2020 for the hotel’s 60th anniversary, it’s available in stainless steel finishes true to Jacobsen’s original vision.
Table Lamp
The AJ Table Lamp offers the same sculptural form in a larger size, perfect for desks or side tables. Its tilting shade allows precise light control and adds a refined presence to any space.
Floor Lamp
