Amedea is the small sister of the iconic Amedeo lamp, one of Zava's best sellers, but now declined in the floor version. An almost iconic object in its simplicity and in the purity of its geometric volumes: the circle (the base), the cylinder (the stem) the half-sphere (the lampshade).

Combining his great passion for lighting, natural instinct for design, and extensive experience in metal processing, Franco Zavarise founded Zava Luce in 1982. Zava's products are known for their distinctive, out-of-the-box character, all made with excellent craftmanship, avant-garde technology, and considerable attention to detail.
