After founding her own design firm in 1990, American interior designer Kelly Wearstler has built her reputation in the hotel industry across the West Coast. Since then, Kelly has opened a flagship store in California, selling her own furniture, lighting and accessories. The Kelly by Kelly Wearstler collection has been created in partnership with Generation Lighting, a leading American lighting brand. The collection includes both vintage and modern-style products, with products ranging from ceiling lights to accent table and floor lamps.

In an effort to consolidate its decorative offerings under one name, Generation Lighting has rebranded as Visual Comfort & Co. As a part of this transformation, the Visual Comfort Studio Collection has expanded its product range to include designs from renowned partners such as ED Ellen DeGeneres, Thomas O'Brien, Kelly Wearstler, Aerin, Alexa Hampton, and Sean Lavin. The collection continues to utilize techniques and materials that produce designer looks that are budget-friendly. As with all of Visual Comfort's productions, the collection draws inspiration from the past and present and works closely with well-known design partners and brands.
