Yes, we absolutely can. At the time of placing your order,
it will have to be paid in full. If you require storage, please contact us in
order to fulfill your request. In most cases, there is not a fee associated with
temporarily storing your order.
Not all of our fixtures come with bulbs. The items details
page will indicate whether or not the bulbs are included. The bulbs are included
by the manufacturer as a courtesy.
Yes, the majority of Casa Di Luce products come from
international destinations, but are manufactured for use in North America. Refer
to the item’s Certifications for specific information.
Every country in the world has their own electrical code
requirements. You can expect to see the following certification codes on the
Casa Di Luce website:
cULus: manufactured for North American, certified by The Underwriters
Laboratory for use in both Canada and the USA.
cETLus: manufactured for North America, certified by Intertek for use in
both Canada and the USA.
UL only: manufactured for North American, labelled by The Underwriters
Laboratory for use in the USA only.
ETLus: manufactured for North America, certified by Intertek for use in
the USA only.
We are legally required to collect sales tax based on each
location that we ship to. We calculate the tax amounts based on the state or
provincial laws of the shipping address that is entered at check-out.
We accept all major credit cards including American
Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We also accept mailed certified cheque, Interac
E-transfer, and wire transfer.
We offer discounts to members of the trade such as
designers, architects, and contractors who will be asked to present their
appropriate credentials in order to be approved. In addition, we may be able to
offer special discounts for large volume orders. Please contact us directly to
learn more about our Trade Program.
We offer free shipping to most orders over $200. Orders
that do not meet the minimum $200 order amount are charged a $20 flat shipping
fee. There are select product exclusions that do carry additional shipping or
handling fees and in those circumstances, you would be notified in advance of
any additional charges. Lastly, upgraded delivery options may be available for
an additional cost.
If your shipping address is outside of Canada or the USA,
we would be happy to provide you with our international shipping options. You
may email us at email@example.com for further
assistance. We will not charge sales tax to international orders. However, some
items may be liable to import duties. You will be responsible for any additional
costs associated with import duties or broker fees associated with your country.
For these locations, additional shipping fees may apply.
Our Customer Service team will confirm with you if there are any additional fees
within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. We will not finalize your order
until you accept the final payment terms
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APOs.
If for any reason that you are unsatisfied with your order,
you can return eligible items for a full refund, store credit or exchange within
15 days of receiving an online order. Please refer to our full return policy
